Upon completion of the Master of Architecture program at the University of New Mexico and working with a Native American architectural firm for the past 23 years, Nathan began developing his technical skills which included; assisting the Project Architect in planning and feasibility reports, coordinating design workshops, attending regular meetings with Owners and other Design Consultants-Engineers to review programming, budget and plan progress. Nathan has prepared technical specifications, edited project specifics and coordinated Owner procurement requirements for bidding phase. He also assisted in documentation of bidding phase, attended pre-bid meetings, prepared agenda’s and notes, addendum's response to bidder questions, and review bidder’s proposal. During the construction phase, he has prepared construction administrative duties, such as project coordination with Owner, Contractor and the design teams from pre-construction phase to warranty close out.
